📖 英文原文
Last Friday, our class took part in a tug of war match on the sports field. The rope was thick and heavy. Ten students stood on each side. Our PE teacher held the whistle. He told us to stand firm and pull together. When the whistle sounded, we pulled as hard as we could. Our classmates beside us shouted and cheered loudly. At first, the rope moved slowly to the other side. We did not give up. We kept pulling. In the end, our class won! We jumped and laughed happily.
